The farm is an ideal place for kids to learn! There are so many sights, sounds, colors and smells! We have many hands-on activities, areas to run around, and animals to visit. Make Red Barn Learning Farm a part of your curriculum. We have specific topics we discuss during our farm presentation, otherwise, we can customize to a specific topic if requested. Kids are encouraged to play and explore!
Group visits are by reservation only!
Reservations can be made May-October for any day of the week (depending on farm availabilty, and non-public hours) for groups of 20+ for 2 hour increments. Longer time can be accomodated at a higher rate. Smaller groups are invited to visit on FARM FRIDAYS (during the summer months) between the hours of 9am-3pm.
If you are a smaller group (less than 20) and still want a private visit, you may do so if you pay for 20 visitors.
Field Trip Rates:
Children/Students: $8 + tax
(unless tax exempt)
Teacher/Leader(s): FREE
Parents/Chaperones: $5 + tax
(Must have 1 adult per 10 children)
A Fall Group Visit consists of:
Introduction about our animals and farm, review safety, and farm hygiene
A complimentary wagon ride and field trip pumpkin for sudents.
Farm lesson in the red barn, free play, & explore the farm
Lunch/Snack if preferred (we have a picnic shelter for 100+)
Bus parking available
